How much lead time do you need & do you accept rush orders
We recommend placing custom orders at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, rush and last-minute orders are accepted based on availability and may be subject to an additional rush fee.
The sooner you book, the better especially for weekend orders, as availability fills quickly. All orders must be paid/secured to officially reserve your date.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and date. Your order is NOT confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Yes! Pickup is available in Staten Island. Custom cake orders over $100 receive FREE local delivery. Delivery fees may apply to all other orders.
