Booking & Payments
- Orders under $50 must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Orders over $50 require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your requested event date.
- Event dates and orders are NOT scheduled or held until the retainer has been received.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- The remaining balance is due no later than one (1) week prior to the event date.
- Orders with an unpaid balance by the due date are subject to cancellation without refund of the retainer.

Design Changes
- Design changes must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event date and are subject to availability and additional fees.
- Changes requested within 7 days of the event may not be accommodated.
- Inspiration photos are used as a guide; exact replication is not guaranteed.
Color shades, piping styles, and edible images may vary slightly due to hand-decorated work and printing.

Pickup & Responsibility
- Pickup times are scheduled and must be adhered to.
- Late pickups may result in forfeiture of the order without refund.
- Once the order leaves CakeHeaven75 Sweetz & Treatz, all responsibility transfers to the client.
- CakeHeaven75 Sweetz & Treatz is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, transportation, or environmental conditions (heat, humidity, etc.).

Delivery Policy
- Delivery is available for an additional fee and must be requested and scheduled in advance.
- Delivery requests are subject to availability.
- Delivery fees are separate from the cake price and are non-refundable once scheduled.

Cancellations & No-Shows
- Once an order is approved and production has begun, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.
- Failure to pick up an order on the scheduled date and time will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Serving & Storage
- Serving sizes are estimated and may vary based on how the cake is cut.
- Proper storage instructions will be provided; failure to follow them voids responsibility.
