Policies
Requesting A Cake Date
**Please give me 48-72 hrs to reply to your request** Requesting a cake is not a confirmed order. I respond to the requests in the order I receive them. I will send you an invoice amount & deposit options. After I receive the deposit you’ll receive a message confirming your order.
Deposit & Remaining Balance
Deposit is due when you receive the invoice & the remaining balance is due when the cake is picked up or delivered. *Deposits are non-refundable* I accept Zelle, ApplePay, CashApp or Cash.
Pick Up & Delivery Info
•Pick Up is in West San Jose. •Pick Up & Delivery Times: Friday: 6pm-9pm Sat & Sun: 8am-2pm •Delivery is available & there is a fee depending where I’m delivering to. **Once the cake has been picked up or delivered & something happens to the cake it is no longer my responsibility**
