✅Payments:
Full payment is due at the time of placing an order, and must be paid within 24hrs of receiving your invoice. Orders placed within a 10 day window, must be paid the same day, and no later than 5pm. Please do not send any payments unless you’ve received an invoice.
*All invoices will be cancelled after 24hrs of issuance. You may submit another order request. However, all orders are set upon a first come, first served basis. For this reason, the time and date that you’re requesting is not guaranteed to be available. All invoices are deleted after 48hrs and will be charged a $10 fee to recreate.*
🚫Any payments attempted to be made after 24hrs will not be accepted without approval.
✅Order Confirmation:
After your payment has been received, you’ll receipt will be sent via email, along with instructions and information on how to handle and store your desserts.
🚫Refunds:
There is a no refund policy for all orders. Any orders cancelled within 14 days of the originally scheduled pick up/delivery date, shall receive a credit in the amount paid, minus the cost of supplies purchased, work completed and invoice created. Orders may be postponed, to a later date (one time only, within 6 months of the payment date). Provided that the requested date is available, your order will be accepted. After your reorder has been processed, shall you decide to cancel again, for any reason, no future “order postponement” will be accepted and credit will no longer be validated. *Please be advised that credits are exclusively assigned to the original customer and are non-transferable.
✅Rush Fee:
**Any orders requested within 10 days of the due date will be charged a $40 & up rush fee and must be paid on the date of request. If your invoice was sent, but not paid within 24hrs, and the date you intend to pay falls within 10 days, there will a rush fee added to your order**
🚚Pick Up & Delivery:
Pick up is in Bronzeville. Pick up hours are between 12-2pm on weekdays and 11am-1pm on weekends. If those time frames do not work for you, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Delivery is offered upon request, depends on availability and is an additional fee. Starts at $45. Delivery is considered meeting you at the main entry door of your delivery location. Delivery does not include setting up. It is merely a drop off. If delivery is requested at the last minute, meaning the day of your originally scheduled pick up, there may be an increase in the delivery charge. Also, if invoice for delivery fee is not paid, your items will not be delivered.

🍰Cake Decorating:
Please give a detailed description of what you envision. If you’re not sure what you’d like, we can create an original design for you. Also, feel free to send a pic or an idea of a “style of cake” or small dessert that you’re interested in. The cake will not be the same, as we choose not to duplicate anyone else’s work, nor do we recreate our own, exact previous designs. This is more to determine the amount of detail you’re looking for.
*We do not offer fondant covered cakes. We do offer buttercream cakes with fondant details, edible images and fondant on cupcakes and cakesicles.*
🥜Extras:
The amount of cake slices yielded, are based upon a particular cutting format, and not a traditional cake cutting method.
