Anything order under $100 MUST BE PAID IN FULL! ◦ The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the agreed pickup. Your deposit is required to secure your order date. Orders are not considered active to owner until deposit has been secured deposit is not paid, client relinquishes their event date. Please be mindful in planning your event and securing your order. Remaining balance will be paid before pick up through 𝒁𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆. Full payment at time of deposit is accepted, but not required 50% deposit is non refundable but is included in final price. No other form of payment is accepted other than 𝒁𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆.

The following are recommendations for the best transport and care of your cakes: -When picking up your cake please leave a clear, flat space in your vehicle to place the cake/treats. Passenger floor or back of open SUV is recommended. -Drive very carefully with your cake/treats. No hard breaking, fast acceleration, or fast turns. -Cakes/treats do not do well in heat. Keep out of direct sunlight. Keep car AC on high during the summer. -Do not leave your cake/treats in the car, or run errands with cake in the car. When carrying your cake/treats, support the bottom of the box with both hands. Do not grab by the sides of the box as this may damage the cake/treats. -Place cake in fridge overnight or up until an hour before ready to consume. Taking cake out of fridge I hour before ready to eat will allow the cakes to get soft and moist. -Any treats that are chocolate covered may be stored in a cool, dark place until event. Do NOT place in direct sunlight, this will melt your treats. -For best removal of cake/treats from box, open front flaps and fold down. Cake is secured to a board and will easily slide out. -Remember to remove all non edible items off cake, as in cake toppers etc. Use both hands to move cake from box to desired location. -All cakes & treats are packaged to best prepare them for the car ride. -Any damages that occur after customer takes possession of the cake/treats are not the responsibility of 𝑪𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒅 𝑩𝒚 𝒂 𝑽𝒊𝒓𝒈𝒐.
