Cake & Shake was born in 2021 in Sequim, Washington, from a simple dream: to create delicious treats that bring people together.

Since then, Cake & Shake has grown through events, festivals, parades, Pride celebrations, farmers markets, night markets, and countless special occasions. From the smallest celebration to the biggest milestone, I believe every moment deserves something sweet.

Everything I create is homemade and made with love, offering both custom orders and featured treats designed to make your celebrations a little more special. My goal is to create an affordable luxury—beautiful, delicious desserts that feel special without being out of reach.

As a trans entrepreneur, building Cake & Shake is about more than baking. It’s about creating a space where I can share my love, joy, kindness, and experiences while being unapologetically authentic. I believe in giving back to the communities that support me and using what I build to make a positive impact.

Today, I’m continuing to dream bigger, bake harder, and build toward the ultimate goal: a Cake & Shake brick-and-mortar and a business that can grow far beyond where it started.

Custom pricing varies based on size, flavors, and design complexity.

Orders

* Custom orders require at least 7 days’ notice.

* Full payment is due 7 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery.

* Customizations and order changes must be confirmed directly with Cake & Shake and are subject to availability.

* Some intricate designs, wedding cakes, and last-minute orders may require additional advance notice.

Custom Designs

Every Cake & Shake creation is handmade with care. Photos may be provided for inspiration, but exact duplication of another baker’s work is not guaranteed. Colors, details, and finishes may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

Cancellations & Refunds

* Cancellations made less than 7 days before pickup or delivery are non-refundable, and the full order balance remains due.

* Special orders that are not picked up are non-refundable.

* If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and return the complete, uneaten order for review.

* Approved refunds are issued as Cake & Shake store credit only. No cash refunds.

* Store credit will not be issued for concerns reported more than 48 hours after pickup.

* Cakes that have been eaten, altered, or discarded cannot be refunded or evaluated.

Pickup & Transport

Once your order leaves Cake & Shake, we are not responsible for damage caused during transportation, setup, storage, or handling. Cakes and desserts are delicate, and proper care is essential. Pickup instructions will be provided with your order.

Photos & Promotion

Cake & Shake reserves the right to photograph completed orders and use those images for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.
