Custom cakes should be ordered with at least 2 weeks notice. Exceptions can be made depending on availability. *Rush Fee may apply for custom cakes. (Rush=7 days or less notice) If the date you need is not available, please reach out to me to see if an exception can be made. A 25% deposit of total is required to save/confirm the date. *Please note that deposits are used to purchase your order supplies and ingredients. Only 50% of paid deposit will be refunded on any cancellations, if cancelled at least one week (7 days) before pickup date. Deposit will NOT be refunded if cancelled less than one week (7 days) before pickup date. Full payments are required for rush orders on CUSTOM CAKES.
