This hands on class features include: - Get acquainted with cake decorating tools, terminology, bags, tips, and design. - We will learn to decorate a cake from start to finish. Demonstrate how to properly torte, fill, and frost a cake. - Students will practice basic border techniques and decorative piping. - Techniques learned will be used to finish a 6" layer cake that each student takes home. - This course does NOT include baking.
