EST. 2018✨ Started just from a single mom of 3 girls trying to find a way to provide. At Cake Artistry Co., I believe that every cake should be as unique as the moment it celebrates. My custom cakes are handcrafted with precision, creativity, and a passion for edible elegance. From intimate birthdays to grand weddings, every design is a masterpiece—made to reflect your vision, style, and flavor preferences.

DELIVERY/LOCAL PICK UP ONLY‼️

Delivery may be free or fee may apply, please include delivery address when ordering. Local pick up only available on certain days depending on schedule.

1. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all orders to book your date. ANY order less than $200 must be paid in FULL. Payments are due same day invoice is received or invoice will be canceled.

2. A $50 rush fee in addition to the full total will be due upfront for any order placed with less than 1-2weeks notice depending on schedule.

3. FINAL PAYMENTS ARE DUE THE WEEK (7DAYS) BEFORE PICK UP TO SAVE ANY CONFUSION & TIME. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

4.Dates can be switched up to 3 weeks in advanced at no additional costs IF new date is not fully booked. If you must change your date within less than the 3 week notice, an additional $50 will be applied to your order (If requested date is available) and would be due at the time of the request change.

5.If you are 30min-1hr late past your scheduled pick up time (you did not communicate prior), a $25 late fee will be applied. If you exceed 1hr, a $50 fee will be applied. If late fee is not paid, you forfeit ANY amount paid towards your order and you WILL NOT receive your order. If your order is compromised due to the late pick up (waiting in car during local pick up), I am not responsible for any damages.

6. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the visual presentation of your order, you MUST notify me at the time of pick up. A 50% refund will be issued and the order will remain in my possession. If you bring it to my attention AFTER pick up is completed, no refund will be issued.

7. ANY structure issues/damage caused by client (transit) will NOT receive a refund of any kind. If delivery is requested and for whatever reason delivery has to be canceled, the client MUST pick up their cake. Only the delivery fee will be refunded.

8. Any complaints regarding taste other than (Under-cooked/Burned) will not be subject to any kind of refund. A discounted order for a future date may be offered.

9. ANY amount outside of the 50% deposit paid ahead of time will be forfeited if the order is cancelled by CLIENT FOR ANY REASON.

10. Client placing order MUST use card in their name for security purposes. Picture of ID may be required for larger orders to verify if using a credit/debit card.

11. Non-Edible Elements: Some cake designs require structural supports (such as dowels, skewers, or floral tape) or decorative accents (such as fresh flowers, acrylic toppers, or charms) that are not edible. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure these items are removed before slicing and serving. Cake Artistry Co. is not liable for any injury or damages resulting from the failure to remove non-edible components.

12. Allergy Policy: While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any known allergies at the time of booking. Cake Artistry Co. will not be held responsible for allergic reactions if the allergy was not communicated in writing prior to production.
