1. How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our booking link: Custom orders require at least 3 days notice.
2. How far in advance should I order?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for custom cakes. Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and will include an additional fee for orders received within 72 hours or less.
3. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, delivery is available for an additional fee depending on the location. Delivery must be arranged during the booking process.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for credit or rescheduling.
5. Do you offer vegan, gluten-free, or allergen-friendly cakes?
Yes, we offer select allergen-friendly options. Please inform us of any dietary needs during your consultation. Note: Our kitchen is not nut-free but , we are always but conscious.
6. Can I schedule a tasting?
Absolutely! Tastings are available for weddings and large events. Please contact us to schedule your appointment.
7. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days before pick-up or delivery.

We are based in Georgia. Pick-up location details will be provided upon order confirmation.
