Unfortunately, we do not use fondant in our work.

We know everyone is excited about their order, especially when it's for a special occasion, but please cannot respond to text messages, DMs or phone calls during baking or decorating. We like to take our time and dedicate our focus solely on your order without distractions. We will text you when your order is complete or when we are boxing your order. If the order is for delivery we will text you when we are on our way.

If you have questions, lets schedule a phone call to get them all answered at once.

We prefer a minimum of 1 week notice for all orders. Regarding Cakes/Cupcakes, if your order has a specific theme, please allow additional time for ordering supplies to bring your vision to life .

Yes, we offer delivery within the chicagoland area. The fee is based on distance.

Once we have agreed on a pickup time this should not be changed, unless the time needs to be later but cannot be earlier as this may impact other orders in progress. We cannot accommodate early arrivals as this may disrupt finishing touches for your order or we may have other orders in progress.

We do not charge a RUSH fee. We are either available or we are not. Please understand that decor will be limited to what we already have in stock. Design should not be overly complex on short notice.

Inspiration pics are always welcome! Please understand we cannot duplicate another artist's work. We want your order to be unique.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer any Gluten Free or Vegan desserts.

Our busiest time of year is: 1. Thanksgiving 2. Valentine's Day 3. Christmas We highly recommend placing your order 3-4 weeks in advance.
