Let me introduce myself!

Hi! My name is Caitlin Demarest and I am the owner of Cait + Co. Bakery. I found my love of baking when I was in college, student teaching 4 high school baking classes. I thought what if I put my passion of baking and made it into a business!

I am a full time 2nd year teacher. I teach middle school fashion and interior design!

I’m known for my maple icing cinnamon rolls, but also started sharing my cookies!

In my free time I love going to farmers markets, traveling, going to new restaurants (if you have any good recs send them over!!!), and trying new recipes.

Fun fact: I’ve been skydiving in Utah, and I’ve swam with sharks!
