Cafeteriabakes launched Linzer cookies, which is an authentic recipe from Austria. The old traditional recipe name is "Linzer Kekse" - A classic cookie with a festive twist! We used both organic ingredients and added winter spices such as cinnamon, mixed spices and lemon zest.

All our special dietary are made with care for our customers. We take our time to prepare them specially for you while it comes from our oven to your home. For this recipe, we used gluten free baking agents and non dairy buttercream to help make the frosting perfect.

The recipe includes some flavoursome varieties such as lime and coconut, simple carrot and wild berries for the Eton mess selection. We offer the best of all.

Classical Victoria is a traditional British recipe and also suitable for afternoon tea meals. For the most part, we offer features like two jars of jams and scones. We can replicate those in gluten free format, if you would give us a week’s notice.
