Please read all policies before placing your order. Booking an order confirms that you have read and agreed to the following terms.

📅 Booking & Payments

• A 20-50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your order and event date. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• Please do not send full payment when booking unless requested.

• The remaining balance is due in CASH upon pickup/delivery unless discussed otherwise.

• Next-day orders must be paid in full before I begin preparing your order.

• If payment is not received by the due date, your order may be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

🎨 Design Policy

• Inspiration photos are always welcome! I use them as inspiration only and do not create exact replicas of another artist’s work.

• Every cake is handcrafted and designed in my own style, giving me creative freedom while incorporating the colors, theme, and details you requested.

•Fondant is used only for accents and decorative elements unless discussed otherwise.

• Due to the handmade nature of my work, slight variations in color, placement, and design are normal and make each cake unique.

⏰ Ordering & Rush Fees

Please place your order at least 4-7 days in advance.

Orders accepted with shorter notice are subject to availability and a rush fee.

Rush Fees:

* Heart, Round, squared, sheet Cakes: $10–$30+

* Tiered Cakes: Starting at $25+

* Next-Day Orders: Starting at $25+

Rush fees vary depending on the complexity of the design, availability, and schedule.

🚗 Pickup & Delivery

• Please arrive during your scheduled pickup time.

• A 15-minute grace period is provided.

• After 45 minutes from the agreed pickup time, a $15 late pickup fee will be added to your account unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Upon arrival, please send me a message and wait in your vehicle for either curbside pickup or meet at the door.

• Delivery is available for an additional fee depending on location and availability.

🍰 Cake Care & Storage

Your cake is made fresh and should be handled with care.

During Transportation

* Transport your cake on a flat, level surface, such as the floorboard of your vehicle or SUV cargo area.

* Never place your cake on a seat or in someone’s lap.

* Avoid sudden stops, sharp turns, and excessive heat.

Storage

* Keep your cake away from direct sunlight and heat.

* Buttercream cakes may remain at room temperature for a few hours (2-5hrs) in a cool environment.

* Cakes with perishable fillings should be refrigerated.

* Before serving, allow refrigerated cakes to sit at room temperature for 1–2 hours for the best flavor and texture.

Freezing

Cake may be frozen for up to 3 months when wrapped tightly in plastic wrap and foil or stored in an airtight container.

Tiered Cakes

Tiered cakes contain support dowels and cake boards. Please remove all supports before serving.

Use a clean, warm knife for the best cuts.

⚠️ Responsibility

Once your order has been picked up or delivered, C&E Delights is no longer responsible for any damage caused by transportation, weather, improper handling, or improper storage.

❌ Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Payments are non-refundable unless C&E Delights is unable to fulfill your order.

• Date changes are subject to availability and will incur a 10% rescheduling fee based on your order total.

• If you need to cancel your order, your deposit will not be refunded since your event date was reserved specifically for you.

• If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of pickup or delivery so I can review the situation and work toward a reasonable resolution.
