Minimum order for custom cookies is three dozen. Once the order minimum is met, cookies can be ordered in half dozen increments. I cannot offer discounts as items are hand made.
What is your order minimum for printed logo cookies?
Order minimum is 2 dozen for printed cookies. Once the minimum is met, you can order in increments of half dozens. We do not sell by the cookie.
Do you provide discounts for large orders?
Yes, I provide discounts for large volume orders for printed logo cookies as follows:
2-5 dozen $84/dozen
6-11 dozen $80/dozen
12-19 dozen $76/dozen
20+ dozen $72/dozen
I do not provide discounts on custom cookies.
Do you offer shipping or delivery?
I only serve local Atlanta clients and do not ship my cookies.
I offer free pickup in North Buckhead or delivery within metro Atlanta for a fee of $100.
In addition to these options, clients ordering printed cookies will receive free delivery with a 10+ dozen cookie order or may also arrange for Uber courier pickup/delivery (to be arranged and paid by client).
What if I have to cancel my order?
Once payment is received, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. In some cases, we are able to apply your payment to a future order mutually agreed upon by both parties.
How are the cookies packaged?
Cookies are individually wrapped and heat sealed in clear cellophane bags, then placed in a bakery box with ribbon and food label. I include a cookie care card, with instructions on storing cookies either at room temperature or frozen, if desired for a future date.
If you would like cookies wrapped with additional "favor" wrapping with a decorative bow, I charge $2.00 per cookie.
How long do cookies stay fresh?
Cookie stay very fresh in their heat sealed bags for up to two weeks.
Cookies freeze beautifully for several months! If freezing, keep them in their heat sealed bags in a well sealed Tupperware container. To thaw, place the sealed container on the counter overnight and only remove the cookies once they have fully reached room temperature.
Do you offer vegan or gluten free cookies?
No, I am sorry but I do not offer vegan or gluten free options at this time.
Cookies contain the following allergens: dairy, eggs and gluten. They are not made in a nut-free kitchen.
How can I place an order?
Please submit a request for a custom order, then I will respond within 48 hours to confirm my availability. If I am available, I will send an invoice and request full payment to confirm your order. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received. Dates will not be held without payment. No further payment will be required upon order completion.
