How long will you hold my order?
Yes when ordering you set a date for when you can pick up after that date, you have FOUR days before anything you ordered is given out or thrown in the trash due to food safety. Also there will be no return on the 50% deposit especially if there was communication.
What is your deposit policy?
My deposit policy is 50% which would be in the invoice when you order. The deposit is due 48 when ordering (2 days) if not paid your order will be cancelled and I will give notice. With in 24 hours of paying the deposit you can cancel and get a full refund on the deposit.
