‼️please read the following before placing an order‼️

1) 30%-50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required when booking to confirm order. Do not send full payment while booking. Please note that I do not fully copy another artists work. I can use inspiration pictures as inspiration but NO CAKE will be “exactly like the picture” given. I don’t FULLY COVER cakes in fondant. Fondant is just used as an embellishment for cake decoration. I do have a sort of creative freedom when decorating cakes and will take all inspo into consideration when designing a cake.

- Remainder is to be paid day PRIOR to picking up. If paying cash, remainder is to be paid during pick up.

-Next day orders must be paid IN FULL to prepare.

2) Orders must be placed with AT LEAST 3-5 business days notice. Any orders placed (CONFIRMED) in less than the required days will be charged with a rush fee.

Cookie cake rush fee: $10-$15+

Letter/round/heart cakes rush fee: $10-$30+

Tiered cake rush fee: $25+

Rush fee varies based on date/design and availability!

3) lam NOT responsible for any orders once they have been picked up/delivered

4) Be on time to pick up order! Late fee of $15 is added to your account 45 minutes after agreed START pick up time. (15 minute grace period) In case of an emergency, please be sure to let me know. Ican work something out with you, if needed.

-As you arrive, send a message to confirm that you have made it and wait in your car to receive your order for curbside service.

5) Payment methods include:

Cashapp/Zelle/Cash/Debit/Klarna/ApplePay

6% Debit card processing fee will apply if using online. Cashapp does have a 2.75% processing fee as of June 1st 2025

General Storage after serving cake:

Avoid direct sunlight and heat:

Keep your cake away from windows and heat sources to prevent melting or drying out.

Refrigerate if necessary:

Cakes with perishable fillings or frostings should be refrigerated.

Room temperature storage:

Most cakes, especially those with buttercream frosting, can be stored at room temperature for a couple of days.

Freezing:

Wrap the cake tightly in plastic wrap and then in foil or place it in an airtight container. It can be frozen for up to 3 months.

Specific Instructions:

Buttercream cakes:

While buttercream cakes don't need to be refrigerated for a short period of time, they can be stored in the fridge to firm up the frosting, especially if it's hot.

Fondant cakes:

Avoid refrigerating fondant cakes as the moisture can cause the fondant to become sticky or dimpled.

Cutting and Serving:

For tiered cakes, be mindful of dowels and other supports. Use a warm, damp knife for clean cuts. Remove any decorations before serving.

Transportation:

If transporting a cake, place it on a FLAT, sturdy surface (like the floor of your car) and avoid sharp turns or sudden stops. Please don’t place your order in a lap as that does happen to tilt cakes which may cause sliding. By ordering a cake you agree to any and ALL RESPONSIBILITY for your cake after pick up/delivery.

Change of date will have a 10% fee of the order total

There will be a nonrefundable deposit/ no refunds unless order is not provided/cancelled by MYSELF. Please note that I do not fully copy another artists work.
