1. Place an order request. 2. Wait for the order to be accepted, this can be fairly quickly or can take several hours depending on time of day etc. If any further information is needed, you will be contacted via text or emailed. Once all details are confirmed; 3. You will receive an invoice and order confirmation. 4. Please pay by Zelle or Venmo. Cash or check by prior arrangement and must reach Buttercream Boucakes 3 days after the order has been confirmed. Card payment is possible on request, but a 3% fee is added onto the total. 5. One day before your order a confirmation text will be sent confirming time and basic details. 6. If delivery has been requested, you will receive a text when the order is out for delivery and once delivery has been completed. If collection has been selected. You will receive a text once the order is ready for pick up. Thank you for your support!

Payment is through Zelle or Venmo. Cash or check by prior arrangement. There is an option for a card payment but it does add 3% to the transaction, please send a message so that we can enable this for you.

Payment must be made 24 hours after an order has been accepted. If no contact has been made and no payment received, the order will automatically be cancelled.

Please make sure your a/c is set as cool as possible for the drive. Placing cake on a flat surface is best. This is usually in the trunk (make sure it’s not too hot) or in the footwell. Move your front passenger seat as far back as possible and place cakes on the floor. Cakes on laps aren’t a good idea! If you are picking up a bouquet, a large laundry basket is useful to stabilise the bouquet in the trunk if you are travelling a long way. Drive cautiously while transporting cake! 😊

Refrigerate overnight. Remove from the fridge an hour before serving. If displaying at an event: make sure the environment is as cool as possible (under 72 deg F) and not too humid. Cakes and cupcakes are best served within 2-3 days of collection or delivery.

Cupcake bouquets are set on a stable base and can be displayed just like a vase of flowers. They can be held and picked up carefully. They are displayed with tissue paper, cellophane, and a pretty bow. For transportation they come in a box. When you remove the box to display the bouquet, tear the sides and open up as much as possible before lifting out to avoid bumping the sides. To serve the cupcakes out of the bouquet, use 2 forks to gently push into the sides to lift the 1st cupcake out, after that, it is easy pull each cupcake out. Please note that choosing multiple flavors of cake in the bouquet, may be tricky to know which flavor is which before pulling the cupcake out of the bouquet. Bouquets are made up of standard size cupcakes.
