Buttercream Bliss is a cottage business, meaning that I work from home. I live in a neighborhood with children playing in their yards so please watch your speeds when coming to pickup your orders. Please pick from a pickup time window (9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm or 3pm-5pm) and adhere to that timeframe so that I know how to plan out my days.

Orders totaling $50 or less are required to pay in full at the time of ordering. If your order is over $50, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of ordering. Payments can be made by Venmo, CashApp, PayPal or I can send an invoice through Square which can be paid by debit or credit card. .

I will return all money paid on orders if canceled 1 week in advance of your order pickup. If I have ordered supplies specifically for your cake, the refund will reflect the cost of supplies. Cancellations within 1 week, I will apply money paid to a future order but will not refund deposits or payments. All cancellations should be make. I later than 3 days before scheduled pickup.
