**All pickups are no-contact only** • Your invoice will have the address on where to pick up your order. Pick up is in Cerritos. • If you put in your phone number, you will receive text message reminders a day before your order pickup date, and the day of. • There will be a table set up on my porch with your order, and it may come in a bag depending on the size of your order. Each order will have your name and receipt on it. • Please come during your designated time! You have a 30 min window to pick up your order. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead of pickup date will be refunded in full. • Same day cancellations will not be refunded as I am preparing for your order. • Failure to pick up your order, or accidentally choosing the wrong pick up date will not get a refund. Reschedule • If you need to reschedule your pickup date, you have up to 24 hours before your pickup date. • Yes if you request a box for your half dozen/dozen order. Depending on the size of your order, the boxes will range in size from small $0.25, medium $0.50, and large $1.00. *Please email me at butteranddoughca@gmail.com if you have any questions, or text me at 562-283-4455. *Please order atleast 1 - 2 weeks in advance for larger orders of 1 cookie flavor. (If you need it earlier please email me, and I will try to accommodate. I may add a rush order fee if it’s last minute) * • Orders over 4 dozen will automatically be packaged in a box at no extra cost.
