50% of the total is due in order to secure your date and order within 24 hours of receiving an invoice. Deposits not paid within 24 hours will be canceled.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due 24 hours before pick up date. Orders cannot be picked up before the balance is paid in full.
Do you deliver?
No. Pick ups only, Uber package is fine - customer is responsible for calling the Uber/Lyft. Once the cake/treats are dropped off in the car Buttacream Boss is no longer responsible as the order is marked as complete.
Please note that some orders will not be recommend for Uber package option.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is ONLY refundable 5 days prior to the pick up date; minus custom products that have already been purchased for said order.
72 hour cancellations can be saved for a future order.
There is NO refund or held deposit for cancellations within 48 hours.
What if I change my mind about an order?
That’s ok! As long as there is enough time to arrange the changes (nothing has been made or purchased), you can make whatever changes you would like. If something was already made/purchased you would be responsible for the fee.
What if I am late for a pick up?
There will be a 20 minute grace period to all scheduled pick ups. Anything after that might be subject to a fee.
