Hello, cake lovers! Thank you for considering us to create delightful edible memories for you.
The cake design and customization process involves considering the base prices and final prices, which will reflect the fillings, flavors, labor, and decorations/add-ons.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and date. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance. Remaining balance is due 7 days before pickup/delivery. Deposits are non-refundable as they cover ingredients and time reserved for your order.
The availability of dates is first come, first served. Therefore, it is advisable to book as soon as possible to secure your desired dates. We have a two-week notice policy in place. If the schedule permits, we may be able to accommodate last-minute bookings, but there will be an additional fee for these arrangements. To avoid any extra charges, it is recommended to book your dates in advance.
