Bumbo's Bakery has an ever growing list of available products and I am committed to ensuring every customer is happy with their order. However, I also know that not everyone is going to be 100% satisfied with their order.
At this time, I have a zero return & zero refund policy. In the event that you received a very damaged product (related to shipping), either a discout or refund will be administered depending on what happened.
Please remember that I am one person, and have limits as much as anyone else. If there is something specific you want me to make, please reach out via my email and I can give you a quote or let you know if that is possible for me to do.
Policies
Ordering Process Information:
1.)To place your order, simply click on the 'AVAILABILITY' button. 2.)Please choose from any Friday or Saturday that is open for your order to be Delivered. 3.)After you choose which items you wish to order, there will be a section where you can choose your delivery method. *PLEASE PAY CAREFUL ATTENTION TO ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE 'DELIVERY OPTIONS' SECTION.* 4.) If you live within the state of Tennessee, there is the option to have your order shipped to you. More info is provided in the "Delivery Options" section. 5.) Full payment must be made before order will be fulfilled. This ensures your order spot on the calendar AND covers any ingredients that may need to be bought for the order.
