Hello! My name is Kathy, owner of Bubbie's Baking Co.
I'm a mother of four beautiful children, a wife to a wonderful man and a self-taught baker! My baking journey began in 2020 when I was asked to make my husband some chocolate chip cookies. I found it so relaxing and began testing out other desserts, reading baking blogs and spending countless hours watching tutorials on YouTube. I quickly fell in love with baking. It took a little time to gather the courage to try and sell my baked goods but with the support of my husband, family and friends, I took a leap of faith! And here I am, years later, introducing myself to you! I am constantly learning and working on new flavors and creations to share.
I'm so grateful for the opportunity to bake for you! Everything made in my kitchen is from scratch, with high quality ingredients and full of love, every time.

After six wonderful years of baking and a little time away, I'm excited to welcome you back 🤗
I'm keeping things simple this time around with a smaller, more focused menu featuring some of my favorite items like Tall & Thick Gourmet Cookies, Cookie Cakes, Cupcakes, and Mini Gourmet Cookie Trays, plus seasonal favorites and a few sweet surprises!
Whether you're celebrating a birthday, treating your coworkers, planning a party, surprising someone special, or satisfying a sweet craving (because why not?!), I've got something for you!
To everyone who supported my little bakery over the years, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'm looking forward to sharing more delicious treats with you!
