Exceptional customer service and professionalism. The instructions were clear on how to order. Once ordered, I was provided all details to pick up . I ordered a variety of all her cookies. Quality of 9 and she even through in an extra one. The cookies were so soft and delicious. The presentation of the cookies themselves, packaging box, and the inside cookie paper told a story. I would definitely recommend you try these if you are someone like me, who likes sweets or you know someone that does. I definitely will be ordering again.

These cookies are amazing. The banana pudding cookie is the absolute best cookie I’ve ever had! That’s saying a lot, considering that I don’t like banana pudding! Put these on your bucket list!!!

Please believe the hype! Her chocolate chip cookies are so delicious — packed with chocolate chips, soft, warm, and absolutely amazing. 🍪 She’s also the sweetest and was very prompt with delivery time, even squeezing me in. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I tried Brown Sugar Girl Cookie Company for the first time this week. It was kind of a "trial run" , as I like to do when I'm exploring a new service or product. I ordered half dozen of the Red Velvet cookies to give to a friend as a little "happy". She is a Red Velvet Fanatic. Her reaction was "very good", and then in a text later last night, "DELICIOUS!!". I will be counting on Babs for my future purchases of Way-Better-Than-Your-Average-Cookies for when I want to gift someone with something special. The process is very simple for ordering. Babs is very good with communication, along with her to-die-for baking skills. Pick up is easy and convenient! Thank you, Babs. I'll be back!

I got a dozen chocolate chip cookies from Babs and they are sooooo good! I knew by the picture they were going to be tasty but I still wasn't expecting them to be THAT delicious!!! 😋
