📌 Order Policy
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your order date. Remaining balance is due before pickup.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit all payments.
⏰ Notice
A minimum of 7–14 days notice is required for custom cakes. Rush orders may incur additional fees.
📦 Pickup Policy
Once desserts leave our care, Brown Girl Cakery is not responsible for damage.
