Orders are made from either the home page or “shop cookies” tab. I require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your date in my calendar. The remaining 50% is due a week before pick up. You will be texted and/or emailed an invoice reminder for both payments. All orders not paid in full 7 days prior to your selected pick up date, it will be cancelled. No refunds will be given, but you may put your deposit towards a future cookie order. I do require complete creative freedom. If you have any inspo from a set you’ve seen before, feel free to send it my way. I will create a similar set, but not a direct copy. Please allow a few business days for me to respond to your inquiry. I’m closed on weekends and holidays, so you may not receive a response during those times.

As soon as you know about your event! I require a minimum of 2 weeks notice to plan & create your order. *Depending on availability, I may be able to squeeze in your order within the week, but a RUSH FEE will be applied.*

All orders are individually heat sealed to ensure freshness. They are then placed in a bakery box with a peek-a-boo window & layered between paper shred. Please refer to the cookie care card you receive with your order for tips on how to keep cookies fresh for longer!

After receiving your inquiry, I will look it over & contact you if I have any further questions. If not, your inquiry will be accepted & you’ll automatically receive a text and/or email of your invoice. Upon receipt, a 50% deposit is due. YOUR ORDER IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL AFTER YOUR DEPOSIT IS PAID. There will be a “payment methods” section, where you choose to pay by Venmo OR Apple Pay. I only accept Apple Pay & Venmo at this time.

All of my cookies are produced and processed in a home kitchen that may process common food allergens. Although many flavors I make don’t contain nuts in any of the ingredients, some flavors might. My kitchen is NOT nut-free.
