Brooke has got her bread-making down to an art! Not only does it have the taste, but it has the texture. Everything she bakes is delicious, but her bagels are top-notch!

I ordered a double chocolate boule from Brooke & it was WONDERFUL! The texture was perfect. The taste was delightful. Her customer service is amazing. The boule was so much bigger than I anticipated for such a great price! I will definitely order again.
