About
Welcome to Broken Bread Sourdough! We are a micro bakery with Christian values and traditions. Our owner is a Stay At Home Mom of two littles. She started baking sourdough to bring gut healthy options to her friends and family. She began to enjoy baking and wanted to share her passion with others while supporting her family.
Everything we make is made with our potato flake sourdough starter. Offering a wide variety of tasty goods all while supporting a healthy gut.
Potato flake sourdough differs from traditional sourdough. It is sweeter, less tangy, and has a fluffier texture while still keeping all the same benefits.

Prices vary by size/quantity.
A deposit of 50% is required for orders $50 or more.
Payments can be made before or at time of pickup/delivery.
