Capabilities & Pricing
š§ALL deposits are $25
š°Orders less than $100 are due upfront
š ALL balances are due 2 weeks prior to pickup unless specified otherwise
Policies
Picking up Your Cake
š§Pickup is ALWAYS the day of your event! UNLESS specified otherwise. If that timeframe doesnāt work for you please let me know.
š§If you need me to deliver please let me know prior to deposit payment so i can give you a price for delivery! Letās communicate with each other to make your event as successful as possible š
š§DELIVERY is always between the hours of 10am -2pm unless otherwise specified. Please be in place to get your cake. A $75 convience fee will be applied if i have to wait for someone to pick up the cake.
š§If there's a natural disaster/ hurricane, / tropical storm the WEEKEND of your event and I'm unable to deliver your cake. We would have to discuss other arrangements. Rescheduling for the previous weekend or after the storm has cleared. Please understand I will not be BAKING/DECORATING/ DELIVERING during a NATURAL DISASTER! If you in fact would like a refund (less than 5days out) a FULL refund would not be available but the amount lesser the decorations, time took to prep, and items / ingredients used to create you order) would be taken off what you paid. Please keep in my mind refunds are send out 2-3 days days prior to requesting it.
(A normal thunderstorm etc does not apply)
Caring For Your Cake!
PLEASE, when transporting your cake place on a flat surface only (THE FLOOR OF THE PASSENGER SIDE FLOOR) & turn the FLOOR AC on HIGH.. Once your cake is handed to you or your designated pick up person & I ensure that it's loaded/placed properly, I am no longer liable for your cake/treats. Please send someone you can trust & be sure that there is adequate space in the vehicle if I am unable to offer delivery. Cakes are not removed from the refrigerator or freezer & placed in the box until you arrive to ensure there's no melting on my part during transport. For my protection, PLEASE check your items before leaving to insure that everything is there. I am not responsible if something is missing after you have left. So again, PLEASE check your items. Each cake is structurally sound prior to hand off. Once cake is at the designated location / venue PLEASE PUT INSIDE FRIDGE until itās ready to be put on display. Photos are taken prior to handoff/ delivery! It's cake, please handle it with care.
