I am located on the east side of Chicago in the south shore area. The exact address for pickup will be provided once your invoice has been paid.
Do you offer shipping?

Do you deliver?
Yes! I deliver to all parts of Chicago and surrounding suburbs for an additional fee which is dependent upon location.
How soon in advance do I need to place an order?
Unless otherwise stated by me for a special sale, all orders need to be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. Any orders that are placed with less than a 2 week notice will accrue a $50 rush fee.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes! All orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit that can be paid via an invoice to secure your order.
How long do I have to pay my deposit?
Once you receive your invoice you have 48 hours to pay your deposit or your full balance, depending on your order request, before it is cancelled.
When is my order balance due?
The balance for all orders is due 1 week before your pickup/delivery date. You have 24 hours to pay your invoice before your order is cancelled and your deposit is forfeited. Please remember, all deposits are nonrefundable.
Do you offer event set ups?
Absolutely! If you are interested in booking me to come to your event venue and set up, please mention this in the notes of your order. Event set up also requires an additional fee, you do not have to pay a delivery fee if you need setup services.
What if my event is canceled, am I able to receive my deposit back?
I understand things happen but unfortunately all deposits are nonrefundable however they are transferable and your deposit can be saved for a future order up to 6 months out.
Do you offer samples?
I do offer samples to sample flavors before committing to large orders for a fee.
How long does it take for my order inquiry to be replied to?
My contact hours are between 10AM-7PM. I ask that you allow at least 24-48 hours before receiving a response, not including weekends.

I don’t like what I ordered, do you offer refunds?
