When is my order confirmed?
Orders are confirmed once full payment is received. Until payment is completed, the date and time are not secured.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order requirement.
Do you offer delivery?
At this time, delivery is not offered. All orders are pick-up only.
Can I choose my pick-up time?
Yes. A specific pick-up time must be selected at checkout. Please arrive at your scheduled time, as time ranges cannot be accommodated.
What happens if I’m late for pick-up?
A 10-minute grace period is provided. After that, a $15 late fee applies. Pick ups that are 30 minutes or more late may be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Are refunds available?
All orders are non-refundable.
However, exceptions include:
If Boxed & Buttered must cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Client cancellations made more than one month before the pick up date receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations within two weeks of the pick up date are not eligible for a refund.
What is considered a simple design?
Simple designs include chocolate-covered treats with drizzle and/or sprinkles and minimal detailing.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. Custom orders may include molded chocolate pieces, custom colors, lettering, toppers, and elevated detailing. Pricing varies based on complexity.
Can you recreate a design I saw online?
Inspiration photos are always welcome. However, all work is created in my signature style, and exact replicas of another artist’s work are not produced.
