If you choose to pick up your cake and transport it yourself, Bouji Baqúez by Remy is not liable or responsible for the cake once it has left my Possession. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake. I do everything in my power to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are very fragile and break easily, drive carefully and slowly. Once the cake leaves my possession, Bouji Baqúez by Remy is not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. Do not leave the cake in any hot environment frosting does melt. I recommend you take it straight to your house or venue and place it in a cool place. Thank you for choosing Bouji Baqúez by Remy.

Payment Policy

FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE A WEEK BEFORE YOUR EVENT! IF YOU FAIL TO MAKE YOUR FINAL PAYMENT ON TIME YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED AND DEEMED AS FORFEITING YOUR ORDER. ORDERS PLACED LESS THAN A WEEK IN ADVANCED REQUIRES A FULL PAYMENT UPON PLACING YOUR ORDER. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
