What an amazing homemade cheesecake. (We let it sit in the fridge for a day.) Cheesecake itself is nice and creamy, delicious, not too sweet. The combo with the thick graham-cracker crust and fresh strawberries is top notch. Way better than anything you’ll find at a store or chain restaurant. Highly recommend!
