With a hint of coconut, these brownie like chocolate sugar cookies will be the life of the party! Slightly chewy inside, soft but crisp outside, just like a brownie and a cookie had a baby. Not too sweet and pairs well with the icing!

The latest offering at Blooming Good Cookies, these are the best of both. Vanilla base for the vanilla lovers, chocolate chips that melt in your mouth to give you that chocolate hit. Try these out for something different and fun!
Are your cookies organic?
I choose organic ingredients where possible. This means that organic is always my first choice! USDA certified organic holds little weight these days however. Just know that the ingredients going into your cookies (and icing) are sourced to be the best! The eggs come from my very own backyard chickens!
