We recommend placing your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability. For larger or custom tiered cakes, 4 weeks’ notice is best. 2. Do you require a deposit? Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due 1 week before pickup or delivery. 3. What products do you offer? Blissful Treats specializes in: Custom cakes Two-tiered cakes Classic and specialty (custom) cupcakes Fondant cakes Trending heart cakes Bento cake boxes Chocolate chip cookies 4. Do you offer vegan, gluten-free, or allergen-friendly options? At this time, we do not offer vegan or gluten-free options. All items are prepared in a kitchen that may contain common allergens such as dairy, nuts, and gluten. 5. Can I customize the design and flavor of my cake? Yes! All of our cakes and cupcakes are made-to-order and fully customizable in flavor, design, and theme. We love bringing your ideas to life! 6. Where are you located? Do you offer delivery? We are based in Rocky Mount. Pickup is available by appointment, and delivery may be available within a certain radius for an additional fee. Please ask when ordering. 7. How do I place an order? What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your pickup/delivery date. Deposits are non-refundable, but we may allow rescheduling depending on our availability. 9. Do you ship your products? We currently do not offer shipping. All orders are for local pickup or delivery only. 10. Can I book you for events or collaborations? Yes! We’re happy to work on events, dessert tables, pop-ups, and collaborations. Deposit Policy A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all custom cake orders. Your order is not secured until the deposit is received. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours of placing the order, the order will be canceled with notice. The remaining balance is due at least 1 week before delivery date.
