Ordering & Customization
1. How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website. For custom cakes, please fill out our online inquiry form.
Responses may take up to 24–48 hours. If your order is urgent(rush order), feel free to message us for a quicker reply.
2. How much notice do you need for a custom cake?
We recommend at least 2-4 weeks for custom cakes. For wedding cakes, please contact us 3 months in advance. If your date is open, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute orders for a small rush fee.
3. Can I customize my order?
Yes! We offer a variety of designs, flavors, and decorations. You can share your inspiration photos or ideas, and we’ll bring them to life.
4. Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or allergy-friendly cakes?
At this time, we do not offer gluten-free options. Because we operate under cottage food laws, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens such as nuts, dairy, or eggs.
5. Are your cakes homemade, and what kind of ingredients do you use?
Yes! All of our cakes are made from scratch using high-quality ingredients. We do not use box cake mixes, so every cake is freshly prepared with care and attention to detail.
Pricing & Payment
1. How much do your cakes cost?
Pricing depends on size, design, and flavor. Our basic cakes start at $75, while custom cakes are priced based on complexity. Contact us for a quote.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit & debit cards, PayPal, Cashapp, Zelle and Cash.
3. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required for custom orders, with the balance due two (2) days before pickup and delivery. Please note that orders may be canceled if the balance is not received on time.
Pickup & Delivery
1. Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available for an additional fee, starting at $25 and varying by location and distance. Uber delivery is also available at your discretion.
2. Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! Orders can be picked up from our location. The exact address and pickup instructions will be provided after placing your order.
3. Do you ship cakes?
At this time, we do not ship cakes due to their delicate nature.
Cancellations & Changes
1. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled up to 2 weeks before the scheduled pickup or delivery. Please note that deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 2 weeks of your scheduled date.
2. What if there is an issue with my cake?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us immediately if there’s an issue. We handle each situation on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to make it right.
3. What if I need a last-minute cake?
Yes! We offer rush cakes for an additional fee of $25, depending on the timeline and complexity of the design. Please contact us as soon as possible to check availability.
General Questions
1. Do you offer cake tastings?
Yes! Cake tastings are available upon request for wedding and large event orders.
2. How should I store my cake?
Store buttercream cakes in a cool place or refrigerate if necessary. Fondant-covered cakes should be kept at room temperature. Always keep cakes in their box until serving.
3. Do you make cakes for corporate events?
Yes! We create custom cakes, cupcakes, and desserts for corporate events. Contact us for bulk orders and branding options.
