I am not. I can’t guarantee that products/ingredients I use have not come in contact with nuts, soy, wheat, eggs, milk etc.

I normally book out 3-4 weeks but during busy seasons I would say at least 6 weeks notice.

3 months for all custom cakes & sweets except Wedding cakes. 4-5 months in advance for Wedding cakes.

Normal time to answer order inquiries are between 24 - 48hrs. I will answer by email. I will only respond once. If I don’t hear back from you in a reasonable amount of time, I will move on to the next order. So please keep an eye out for my email. If a date is open on the calendar that doesn’t necessarily mean I have an opening. It all depends on the orders I have booked already & what you would like to order. I only take so many orders a week. Each week could be different. It depends on quantities, complexity of designs & other variables. Example: I am at my limit for cakes but I’m able to take a couple cookie orders.

I do not offer sheet cakes, number cakes, pull apart cupcake cakes or custom cupcake toppers. I DO NOT offer discounts or refunds due to the custom nature of my products & the time to make such desserts.

Keep in mind anything that needs to be sculpted on a cake will drive up the price. Pricing does vary depending on complexity & design. I DO NOT sculpt faces & people. I know my limitations. If I cannot sculpt what you want I will definitely let you know. Normally pricing for 3d sculpted items start at $25 each & go up. 2D & edible images are much cheaper options. Florals: Sugar Flowers are the most expensive to put on a cake. Fresh or premium silk flowers are a cheaper option.

Yes, I require a non refundable deposit on all custom orders. All deposits must be paid within 48hrs unless sending a check. I will hold your spot for 7 days. If I don’t receive it within that time frame I can not guarantee a spot will be open.

NO ORDER is confirmed until I personally send you a confirmation email. Orders will only be confirmed when I receive a deposit. NO DEPOSIT MEANS NO ORDER! Just discussing details of your order does not mean you are on my schedule. I will let you know when I receive your deposit & only then I will confirm your order.

Venmo - @Danielle-Wendrychowicz Check - I will only accept for a deposit. If the check is returned you will be charged a $35 return fee. Cash at pick ups only. *I will no longer be accepting CC’s due to the increasing fees.

I ONLY deliver wedding cakes. All other orders must be picked up.

All weekend pick ups are on Saturdays between 9:30 & noon. I am CLOSED on Sundays & do not offer pick ups. Week day pick ups are available & a time will be arranged by me.

If you are more than 15 mins late, I charge a late fee of $25. You will need to pay that before you receive your order. If you are more than 1/2 hr to an hour late I will not guarantee you will receive your order. I set up specific times for a reason. I know things can happen that are out of your control. I ask that you keep me informed & I will try & work with you.

All balances must be paid 5 days before your pick up date. If paying by cash, you can pay when picking up your order.

I do not send pictures to clients. I am a one woman business & I’m just too busy. I will make your order exactly the way we discussed it. If for any reason something needs to be modified I will always reach out to you to get your approval.
