At Bliss & Berries, every treat is made with love and a sprinkle of joy. Life’s little moments are sweeter with chocolate! From dipped strawberries to whimsical cupcakes and sweet surprises, I pour my heart into creating delights for you and your loved ones. Dipped with Love, Sprinkled with Luck.

Lead Time: Please allow 1–2 weeks for standard orders. Custom or themed orders require 2–3 weeks notice, and holiday or peak date orders may require 3–4 weeks. Early orders are recommended to secure your preferred date.

Payment: To secure your order, a non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking. This fee reserves your date and is applied toward your total balance. Orders are not confirmed until the retainer fee has been received.

The remaining balance is due no later than one week (7 days) before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

If the balance is not paid by that time, your order will be canceled and the retainer fee will be forfeited.

Once your order has been started or completed, no refunds or changes can be made.

This policy ensures every treat is made fresh and helps us manage time, ingredients, and bookings fairly.
