Effective immediately, pricing for cakes and treats will be increasing.
For large orders, once your order is confirmed, no items may be removed. Additional items may be added if desired.
Please note an important policy update: full payment is now required upfront for all large orders. Deposits will no longer be accepted.
These changes are necessary due to multiple instances of large orders being modified or partially canceled close to the due date, resulting in unpaid balances and unaccounted time and resources.
I have always aimed to be flexible and considerate, and I truly appreciate your understanding as I implement these policies to better protect my time, effort, and business.
