Thank you so much for choosing me to create your sweets! Please read all policies carefully before placing your order.

💰 Deposits & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due at pickup.

Accepted payment methods: Apple Pay, Cash App, Chime, Venmo, and Zelle.

Please send a screenshot once your deposit has been sent.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

📅 Placing an Order

A minimum of 3 days notice is required.

Orders placed within 48 hours of your event date will include a rush fee to accommodate last-minute requests.

• 48-hour notice: +$50

• 24-hour notice: +$85

• Same-day orders (if available): +$130

Rush orders are accepted based on availability. Thank you for understanding and planning ahead when possible — we always want to give your treats the love and attention they deserve. 💕

When placing your order, please provide a detailed description including:

• Colors

• Theme/Design

• Lettering

• Quantity

• Date

• Preferred pickup time

⏰ Pickup Policy

Orders must be picked up within the agreed time window.

If an order is not picked up, it will be forfeited and no refunds will be given.

If there are any issues with your order, they must be addressed at pickup.

Once the order leaves my possession, I am not responsible for damage due to improper handling, heat, or storage.

Delivery is available through Uber Package unless stated otherwise.

Delivery pricing varies depending on distance.

If requesting delivery, full payment is required at the time of order.

❄️ Refrigerated Items

Any treats that require refrigeration (including but not limited to candied fruit, chocolate-covered items, cream cheese frosting, etc.) must be kept refrigerated or frozen as instructed to maintain freshness and prevent melting.

Once your order has been picked up or delivered, proper storage becomes the customer’s responsibility.
