1. How do I place an order?
Tap “Book now” and fill out the order form and submit your order with all details and upload inspiration photos and (ID Verification,For rentals only). I will review and send a quote.
2. When is my order booked?
Orders are only confirmed and booked once the 50% deposit or full payment has been received.
3. How far in advance should I order?
Custom cakes require at least 1 week notice to avoid rush fees or non-availability. Rentals require at least 48 hours notice, only if there’s availability.
4. Do you accept last-minute orders?
Last-minute orders may be accepted based on availability and are subject to a $30 rush fee.
5. What is your late pickup policy for customs?
After 1 hour from your scheduled pickup time, a $25 late fee may apply if no prior notice is given. If you communicate ahead of time, accommodations may be made.
6. Can you recreate a design exactly?
I use inspiration photos as a reference and will always do my best to match or exceed expectations, but designs cannot be guaranteed to be identical.
7. Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
All sales are final and no refunds will be issued unless is the security deposit, read the following:
For Custom Orders:
Deposits are non-refundable, as all items are custom made specifically for your event and cannot be resold. Once an order is confirmed and work has begun, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund.
For Rentals:
Due to limited availability and reserved dates, rental payments are non-refundable. Any cancellation or change will incur a loss. The only refundable deposit is the $100 security deposit included in rentals. This deposit will be returned within 24 hours of returning the items on time and in their original condition.
8. What is your rental policy? All rentals require a $100 refundable security deposit and a 24-hour rental period for pickup and drop-off. Items must be returned on time and in original condition to receive the refund and avoid late fees.
10. Where are you located and how does pickup work?
Pickup details and instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed. Please arrive at your scheduled time to ensure a smooth pickup and late fees.
