DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS:

Payment is due IN FULL at time of booking.

ORDER PICKUP & CANCELLATIONS:

Pickup date and times will be agreed upon prior to day of pickup and are fixed. Being late and/or not showing up to pickup your order will result in the pickup date being moved to the following business day at a time that is best convenient for the baker.

Completed orders will only be held for 48 hours, after this time has passed your order will be donated/disposed of with no option for refund/credit.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less from due date are not subject to any store credits or refunds as your order has been physically been started by this time.

CARE & HANDLING:

We are not responsible for damage to baked goods after pickup unless by the fault of our own negligence.

At time of pick up/delivery order care information will be shared with you verbally.

Clients have 24 hours from time of pick up to file a complaint for us to review. Photographic proof and returning of baked goods for investigation are required before any refund of store credit can be issued.

ALLERGY DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us if someone in your party has a food allergy.

We can bake items to accommodate allergies however being a home bakery we CANNOT guarantee cross contamination will not occur.

We utilize a kitchen that houses many types of ingredients including but not limited to all 8 of the major allergens; dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soy.
