Single mom. Serial overachiever. Professional dough slinger. I didn’t grow up baking with grandma’s recipes—I built this from the ground up with a hand mixer and chasing a couple crazy boys
Bite Club was born out of late nights, big dreams, and a serious sweet tooth. What started as a little side hustle turned into a full-blown cookie rebellion—where every bite is stuffed, topped, and loaded with drama.
