We recommend placing orders 1–2 weeks in advance, depending on the item. Large event orders may require more notice.
2. Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Your spot isn’t confirmed until the deposit is completed.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pick-up/delivery date are non-refundable.
4. Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We offer custom cakes, dessert tables, and treats. Contact us with your ideas and we’ll be happy to help.
5. Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery starts at $20 and varies depending on distance.
6. Do you ship?
We ship select items only, such as chocolate barks and cake jars.
7. Where is the pick-up location?
The pick-up address is provided once the order is confirmed and the deposit is completed.
8. What flavors and fillings do you offer?
We have a wide selection of flavors, fillings, and frostings. (see Itemized Section)
9. How long do desserts stay fresh?
Most cakes and treats stay fresh for 2–3 days when properly stored. Cake jars last longer when refrigerated.
10. Do you offer allergy-friendly options?
While our kitchen handles common allergens, we can accommodate certain restrictions if the client notifies us in advance. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order so we can prepare your items safely.
11. Can I order for a dessert table?
Yes! We provide treats, cakes, and full setups for events. Contact us for a quote.
12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments (3.9% fee applies), Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash deposits.
