This class was everything I needed as an intimidated beginner. All supplies were provided and sourdough starter. The class was an all day hands on step by step event. We took our dough home to bake and omg it turned out perfect!!! I learned so much. I was so intimidated by everything online but this class taught me SD is very forgiving. I am now tasked with making frequent bread and I don't mind one bit. We definitely didn't go hungry during the class. We were provided fruits, vegetables, tea, coffee and fresh homemade scones to hold us over until lunch! Then for lunch we had the best potato soup and fresh sourdough bread! I highly recommend this class for anyone wanting to learn how to make sourdough bread! Seriously, hurry up and sign up for the next class!
