I ordered 3 dozen cupcakes from Big Dogs Red Hot Buns and am very pleased with my experience. Admittedly, I wasn't expecting the process to be so "techy", but that's me showing my age! Shortly after making my request I received a contract and arranged payment. Everything was so streamlined. But, let's get to the good stuff. Big Dogs Red Hot Buns made exactly what I asked for....for "Kit Kats" to be incorporated into the cupcakes. I was thrilled with their appearance! The cupcakes were ready in a timely manner according to my requested pick up time. They were professionally packed and ready to be served. I ordered Chocolate, Red Velvet, & Vanilla. They were all delicious, but Red Velvet was by far my favorite! The cupcakes had good texture and the icing was not overbearing. I found the price point to be comparable to what I have paid other professional bakers. I will definitely order from BDRHB again. Job well done and outstanding professionalism & customer service.

The cake was absolutely beautiful! Very elegant and matched the theme perfectly! Everyone also thought it was very delicious.

Big Dogs Red Hot Buns did a great job on my sister’s birthday cake. The vanilla cake topped with the vanilla icing was the perfect combination. It was very moist and the flavors were amazing. Big Dogs Red Hot Buns is very easy to work with and I will definitely be using them again.

Our cupcakes were so cute! Grace worked with me on timing, pick-up, and making sure they were ready to survive a day of travel.
