I had the absolute pleasure of ordering my father's 70th birthday cake from Big Back Catering, and Shy truly outdid herself! The cake was lemon flavored with a lemon cream cheese icing—so moist, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The texture was incredible, and the presentation was beautiful and elegant with gold accents and royal blue touches. Our entire party devoured the cake within five minutes—that's how amazing it was! You can tell it was baked with care and love. Shy was also so professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. If you’re ever in need of a cake that not only looks great but tastes divine, I highly recommend Big Back Catering. Thank you, Shy, for making my father’s birthday celebration so special!

Big back catering she’s my best friend and she’s the best at cakes, cupcakes, and cookies!!!!! Oh also food orders…. She made my mom a Red Velvet cake for her birthday which she was surprised…..made me 12 cupcakes for my birthday which was also red velvet…..and my sons birthday cake which was strawberry crunch cake which he asked for months in advance. She’s the BOMB.COM

Everything I've had has been delicious. She made a cake for my husband and I, for our 23rd wedding anniversary. Half strawberry crunch, the other have yellow cake with chocolate icing. Delicious

When I say that big back catering delivered‼️ they did exactly that for my birthday with a variety of of different flavor of cookies. I will be ordering again keep up the great service‼️
