PEASE GIVE 48hr NOTICE ON ALL ORDERS NO SAME DAY ORDERS.…NO ORDERS WILL BE TAKING/DELIVERED ON SUNDAY OR RIGHT BEFORE A HOLIDAY.
Customer Cancellations:
• More than 5 days before pickup → deposit is forfeited but no extra fee.
• Less than 5 days → customer must pay full remaining balance (due to materials and time already used).
• Bakery Cancellations:
In rare emergencies, full refunds will be issued.
Allergy & Kitchen Disclaimer
• All items are made in a home kitchen that may contain:
wheat, nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, gluten, and other allergens.
• The bakery is not responsible for allergic reactions.
Storage & Handling Policies
• Once orders are picked up/delivered, all responsibility transfers to the customer.
• Instructions will be provided for transporting and storing cakes/cheesecakes.

• Refunds are only granted if the product is proven to be incorrect or defective upon pickup.

Non-Refundable Payments: Deposits are non-refundable due to the cost of ingredients and prep time.

Delivery
Delivery Policies (optional)
• Delivery Fee: Delivery is available for an additional fee based on mileage.
• Delivery Window: Delivery times are given in a 1-hour window.
• Weather/Traffic: Delays due to weather or traffic will be communicated, but time windows are estimates.
If requesting delivery be sure to include location and between times.
Pick Up
Pickup Policies
• Pickup Times: Orders must be picked up at the scheduled time. A grace period of 10–15 minutes is allowed.
• Late Arrivals: After grace period, a late fee may apply or pickup may need to be rescheduled depending on your schedule.
• No-Show: If the customer does not pick up within 24 hours, the order is considered abandoned and no refund will be issued
Pick up’s will be sent out via text upon completion of order.
