Policies
Pickup And Delivery
Pick up is in Crowley, TX 76036
Delivery pricing is based on distance from my location
3 tier cakes and above require delivery and on-site set up
Policies
50% deposit is required within 48hrs of invoice being sent or else the price quoted is void and a new invoice will need to be sent
Orders over $200 must be paid in full 2 days before event, this is mandatory
No changes are allowed to be made to the cake after initial request has been made, quoted and deposit has been submitted
I do not provide alcohol for any cakes that include bottle designs, you will have to add the toppers after pick up
If you cancel your cake order, you do forfeit the time slot reserved for your cake. If you decide later that you do want to continue with your order, no longer than 24hrs, it will have to be accommodated based off of what time I have available in my schedule.
If there is an issue or any confusion about your cake/order, I will only discuss it with the person who placed the order, no other friends/family members, in order to avoid any confusion
No refund policy, please insure all details are correct and design is approved on order form , if ordering a freestyle cake design is 100% bakers choice based on your theme
No cake will be 100% like the inspiration photo, I do not make exact replicas of any other artists work whether that be a design style or 3D character work and I cannot guarantee an exact match from a photo but I will get as close as I can! No AI inspiration photos
Delivery is a flat rate of $1.5 per mile
Once the cake leaves my hands, you have approved the order you are receiving is what was requested and it is no longer my responsibility.
Any accidents/damages made to the cake after pick up will be an additional price for me to fix
Base price is $115 for my smallest cake sizes, fondant decor can add an additional $100+ to your order so please keep that in mind when referencing the sizing based off of the price.
All cakes come chilled out of the fridge. Please allow all cakes and cupcakes to fully come to room temp before serving, minimum of 2hrs outside of the fridge preferred. I am not responsible for any improper serving
If needing cake for later after pick up, please refrigerate til 2hrs beforehand
